Terms & Conditions - Art Work Competition
Mascot Artist Competition – Terms & Conditions
By submitting artwork to this competition, you agree to the following:
1. **Who Can Enter**
The competition is open to everyone. No purchase or payment is required to enter.
2. **Original Artwork**
All artwork submitted must be your own original creation and must not infringe on the intellectual property or rights of any third party.
3. **Ownership of Submissions**
All submitted artwork remains the property of the artist. Submissions will be reviewed solely for judging purposes and **will not be used, copied, published, reproduced, or commercialized by the project unless the submitting artist is selected as the winner.**
4. **Winner Selection**
One winning artist will be selected by the project team based on creativity, originality, and suitability for the project. The judges' decision is final.
5. **Winner Announcement**
The winning artist will be announced **on July 24th, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST**.
6. **Prize**
Rewards are still being discussed but will be amazing for the winning submission.
7. **Official Project Artist**
The winning artist will be invited to create original artwork for the project. This collaboration will continue until the project developers decide to conclude it. Any future compensation or additional agreements will be discussed separately.
8. **Rights to the Winning Artwork**
By accepting the prize, the winning artist agrees to transfer all ownership and intellectual property rights to the winning mascot artwork to the project. The project will have the unrestricted right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the winning artwork for branding, marketing, merchandise, social media, websites, and any other project-related purposes.
9. **No Guaranteed Winner**
The project reserves the right not to select a winner if, in its sole discretion, none of the submissions meet the project's creative or quality standards. In that event, no prize will be awarded.
10. **Changes or Cancellation**
The project reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances make it necessary.
11. **Acceptance of Terms**
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
